Zapier

I use outlook for my work emails. Microsoft has an AUTOMATION feature that allows you to receive a text once a new email hits your inbox. I have it set to show who it’s from, who is cc’d, the subject, and a preview of the email. What is good about this feature is it only sends you what’s in your INBOX and not ALL emails (JUNK, etc). (Unlike gmail email forward feature. If you want to do the same for Gmail zapier.com works and filters out other mailboxes (JUNK) and labels.

I’ve noticed at first I was justifying the phone to people who thought I was nuts. Now I just say I’m simplifying and tell them to go to thelightphone.com. But it’s interesting getting peoples take on it. Some think it’s the best idea ever, and some think I’ve lost it.

Epubor Ultimate

Epubor.com allows you to convert downloaded audible files to mp3. I found that you want to split the book up into multiple files as trying to find your place on a large file is challenging. This is still not ideal but it works. I would like to see this feature improved upon though with LightPhone down the road. Having the ability to return to where you left off would be good.
