How can I buy an SMS number anonymously?

I'm trying to figure out what the state of the art is here. I've read about smsprivacy.org and crypton.sh, but the former returns a 404 and the latter has some very negative reviews on the old sub. I would think there's a bigger market for being able to buy a phone number anonymously on demand. What are your thoughts?
