Good video games for hands-on immersion in gamification?

Myst Zork I

Myst is an Adventure, Classic Point and Click, Puzzle and Single-player video game developed and published by Cyan Worlds.
Myst (1993). A hugely influential Puzzle Adventure game, all about figuring out visual and mechanical puzzles in a virtual environment. This style of game ultimately led to things like modern Escape Rooms, Puzzle Box boardgames, etc. There are remastered versions of this game available on many platforms if you want to spend a little bit of money for a modern-looking experience, or you can also buy a version very close to the original for just a couple of dollars. https://cyan.com/games/myst/.

Zork I is a Text-based, Puzzle and Single-player video game developed by Infocom.
Zork (1981). This is a very influential Text Adventure Game, meaning it doesn't have any graphics at all, it's purely based on a text interface, played by typing in simple actions in plain language. This isn't the first text adventure, but it was one of the most popular, and it's also available to play online for free. https://classicreload.com/zork-i.html.
