You can use the Web Archive site also, but it's often not convenient. (The addon saves the page exactly the way you see it(depending on how much of the page is loaded), web archive often doesn't, especially if you need to login) Singlefile also saves most of your addons and java/userscripts you have enabled on that site.. Also has options to disable that. You can also use your ad-blocker or so to temporarily remove elements from the page you don't want in the archive.
