When BTC is trading above 62k$, exodus is only offering 59k$, how is this justified?

But this convenience fee wold cost me 3k$ while the same operation of non KYC swapping I can get done at changenow.io and changelly.com at much better rates. I get that it is a convenience but robbing users exhorbitantly on this convenience is what Im not okay with.
