Ssh. It's accessible over internet on port 22 as I disabled password login. I usually access it over yggdrasil though (to bypass eventual firewall restrictions). Inter-server administration is done over VPN Though (wireguard), such as DNS transfert or backups over ssh (as root with ssh key).
