If pay isn't an issue, check out opportunities for teaching at a non profit. That's what I do. The adult students are appreciative, genuinely interesting and it's very rewarding. I have a lot of flexibility on my curriculum and teaching methodology so formal training though CELTA is really useful. In the US, search in volunteermatch.org. I just filtered on 'education', 'virtual only', 'ESL' and found a couple of openings.

FutureLearn

For a 4 week course, CELTA is hard to beat in terms of quality. Our course in 2018 had just one module on teaching young learners but you could do additional training (eg futurelearn.com) if you didn't want to dive right in after CELTA.
