Possible to view a shortcut from "outside the Gallery" without downloading?

Material Icons

Finally for the icon packs I am assuming you want them for apps. If you do then this probably won’t help but you can use my shortcut https://routinehub.co/shortcut/9254/ to create icons. This is meant for vCards but can be used as simple icons. It used icons from this website https://fonts.google.com/icons and allows you to colour them and the background. The final images might be a bit grainy for you because it is meant for lower storage but I thought I would throw this idea out there.
