When you are in Portfolio on the web site (portfolio.adobe.com) You need to select which Albums you are going to sync to your portfolio account. By default Portfolio tales the title of the Album and makes it the title of the page, but you can change that any time.

Adobe Lightroom

For exwample: When I'm out for the day, I just have my phone (Android, but iPhones do the same thing). I use the native camera app to take videos and pictures of anything. When I get some time, I cull these images. Then I fire up the Lightroom app and import the first draft images into the Adobe cloud. When I'm home, I sort and process further to a potential Keepers list. To manage the space on Adobe cloud, you can export the images to a Lightroom CC Classic watch folder as TIFF and recover cloud storage. Then purge them from your lightroom.adobe.com album. The original image is still in the phone camera app storage AND not backed up to your home storage.
