Bitwarden (free, although I got premium) and Nordpass (free for one device) both have secure notes features (sensitive info that you prefer to store in a longer note form). Even Lastpass would work fine, even though I've moved on from it as I did not like the direction they are heading. All the password managers mentioned also have browser extensions. If installed, any website you visit where you have password info stored would be indicated on the extensions. Click on them and a drop-down menu will appear from where you can get automatically logged in, copy username or password etc.

Notesnook is a simple and private note taking app that keeps your notes organized and synced on your phone, tablet and computer.

They have policies and procedures to not go into your stuff, but they have access to do so, if necessary. With all of the features that they want to offer to have Evernote be your second brain, I don’t know how they would be able to do any of it if your notes were encrypted to the point they couldn’t read them. If you don’t want your stuff to be readable by anyone but you, you need end to end encryption. Having data encrypted in transit and at rest is one thing, but if the provider who is storing your notes has the encryption key to your data, they have access too. This is the same for OneNote or OneDrive. Microsoft has the key to your data. They do have the new feature with their personal vault for OneDrive, but I believe they still have the key. If security is important to you, take a look at Notesnook. It’s a new service like Evernote, but security and privacy is the primary feature. They aren’t as full featured or polished as Evernote, but their developers are very active, engaged and responsive. At the moment, it’s really only good for taking notes. It doesn’t do file attachments yet, but they plan to have that feature soon.
