This one time a streamer made a N+B+K vs K thematic tournament, and there was one guy who nailed it. He knew the fastest route to checkmating, and the best ways to swindle when with the lone king. He isn't even that strong, 1700 or 1800 blitz on chess.com, but knight and bishop was his thing. After the arena he got banned, appealed, and was given his account back with a year of premium membership.

There was someone here who posted a few months ago with a similar story. I was skeptical till they posted an update a week later and fair enough, their account was reinstated. I'm now less skeptical of people pleading their innocence. I'm not really sure how it works to be honest because multiple times I've accidentally left Chessbase open after doing some analysis or used chessvision.ai on a chess video I'm watching only to remember I'm in the middle of a game, yet I've never tripped the detection so yeah. Dunno what's up with that.
