Visa - failed transaction low import

I tried to buy some airtime with my mobile company of 5€ and failed on multiple attempt. I then tried 10€ and immediately went ok. A month ago worked like a charm. I was now trying to buy something out of gog.com and same issue, it's like 2€ of a videogame.

Love my visa card, never had a single issue with it up until a couple weeks. I noticed that every online transaction lower or equal than (my guess) 5€ fails with no record whatsoever on paypal (I updated the card on there with the new cid) or on crypto.com. Tried with both paypal and directly by input my card info on the site.
