I use unique email addresses for each site/service I sign up to, and I had similar emails from Netflix last year to an email address I had never used for Netflix - but I know that it is an email address that has been on the https://haveibeenpwned.com/ list for a few years from previous leaks/breaches, so I assume that the cause is either:.
