Linux Twitch tag is now "under consideration"

Pop!_OS Kdenlive Legendary
  1. A developer-focused minimalist Linux distro from System 76
On the topic of the "best distro"™, afaik VFIO is part of the kernel so it should be supported by all distros, but my knowledge about this is minimal at best so I leave it to those who know more about it. However Manjaro is based on Arch and Arch is imho the most flexible distro you can find, it's extremely well documented and the AUR leaves almost no need unsatisfied. But Arch is for the tinkerer so I would only recommend it if you have no problem with getting your hands dirty. Many gamers/streamers prefer Pop!_OS since it's specifically tailored for gaming and media creation but it's a bit bloated imho. So yeah, for people who are new to Linux I would always recommend Manjaro over any other distro, simply because it's based on Arch and therefor inherits all the good things mentioned above (and more) without the need to set up everything by yourself. Buuuut that's just me, finding the right distro is always a personal journey in the end. :).

  2. Free and open-source, full-featured video editor.
According to the WineDB Vegas Pro is classified as "garbage" which means it won't run efficiently or not at all. But I've seen that many people who use video editing software on Linux prefer Kdenlive.

  3. A free and open-source Epic Games Launcher alternative
uPlay is a bit of hit and miss but usually works through Lutris. Same applies to the Epic Launcher but for that we have alternatives like Legendary by derrod and Rare by Dummerle for the GUI.
