Office (2010 in combo with HMailer) requests credentials when a (shared) inbox is trying to send mails to a certain domain

Walmart AOL Reader
  1. Find quality products at unbeatable prices at home, in our stores or on the go.
When those two try to send a mail (as that walmart @ ourcompany adress) to a @ walmart adress. Let's say John.Doe @ walmart.com then a credentials window pops-up. But instead, as you would expect it, that it lists our domain as preselected and you just enter a user/pw. It has the walmart domain pre-selected. And asks for user/pw.

We have a small department that has a special inbox for (mostly) communicating with one of our partners. I'll change the name, so just imagine that this department (3 people) has an inbox labeled Walmart. They recieve mostly but not only mails from the @ walmart domain. They can send without any problems e-mails to internal adresses or to e.g. Gmail or aol.com adresses. They also have no problem with acccessing the mails in the inbox. Can move them around, open / close etc.
