Any luck recovering acct made when under 13 y/o?

I lost access to my acct ~6 years ago. I no longer have access to the original email (an (at)yahoo address), because Yahoo deactivated it due to inactivity. Can't recreate it.

I tried logging in with every password I could think of (though tbh I already tried this in 2016, 2017, and 2019 and it didn't work so I'm pretty sure the password was hacked/changed). I'm now stuck in StackPath Captcha hell and can't even access neopets.com anymore-- will have to change my IP address. When I tried going through 'forgot Password/Username' on login, it gives an error and says to contact support-- so although the acct does seem to still exist on some level (the username is still taken), there does seem to be something wrong with it in the system.
