1 It starts at Cloudlfare. I have setup Cloudflare Authenticated Origin Pulls, what it basically does it that Cloudflare sends a cert with all it's request to my reverse proxy to authenticate that that request are coming from Cloudflare. Then in the firewall of Cloudflare I only allow my isp's ASN to access my Bitwarden url. To know your ASN and other network info I use this site.
