And since the paper wallet functionality is broken on the only functional wallet listed on Dogecoin.com, I tried searching for a safe paper wallet generator and came across a few online GitHub repos from sites recommended on the subreddit. They are all broken. One wallet that has been recommended in a few archived threads is walletgenerator.net. Of course, the only safe way to use these wallet generators are to clone them and use it locally with no internet connection. However, this wallets software is broken/vulnerable and it should NOT be used.

Dogecoin

MultiDoge is outdated and barely functions. It requires a legacy Java 6 installation which will open your machine up to software vulnerabilities, if you can even run it at all, as the legacy installer will fail with no alternative installation option if it finds a newer version of Java on your machine, which you probably have. If you are a technical guy or gal, you can work around this, but it's a PITA. This wallet should not be listed as useable on dogecoin.com. If you are a linux user, forget it completely, the software never syncs, it mostly just tries for a while and then freezes. If it doesn't freeze during sync, that's because it just never actually synced, and it will now freeze when you attempt to close it. Any coins you receive will never ever show up, you must export your private keys into Dogecoin core.
