Check out vroom.com or carvana.com who will give you an instant offer for your car. If you can't get a loan for the rest, see what the amount is and if it's possible roll the negative equity into a smaller car loan. It may be difficult at that price point to do that though, because I would think it's not likely that the bank will roll 5-10k into a loan for a car worth 5k. If you can't get a loan for it or come up with the cash, I would suggest selling as much stuff as you can and saving to come up with the negative equity.
