Help for a new guy - 'Not yet redeemed' coins but not seeing in my wallet

Alright guys, so dumb question: I bought a bunch of DOGE, made a lot of money, freaked out and moved it to a sketchy wallet (freewallet.org). After a nightmarish experience with them, I finally got the money out and back to my crypto.com wallet... Or so I thought. I see that the transfer has been executed. I see it on the blockchain as 'Not yet redeemed,' which, by all accounts, appears to mean the funds should be available to me in my crypto.com wallet, but I'm not seeing anything. I used the correct wallet address, double checked everything. Is there a lag? Should I just sit on my hands and wait? I'm sure y'all are tired of newbs like me and the DOGE thing, but guidance would be super appreciated. Thanks.
