Dot like Ada has the chance of missing the opportunity to be truly transformative. Even with Kusma, it seems like this ecosystem could potentially miss its opportunity to provide an novel integrated ecosystem. There are already bridges being built for cross-chain DEX's and you also have Layer 1 solutions now taking notice of interoperability. Just look at Coinbase with its corporate backing of Rosetta API (...maybe why DOT isn't on Coinbase?). Heck, even NEO (yes that NEO!) has its own interoperability functionality with its N3 solution. I am a supporter of DOT/Kusma, but as the world is evolving it looks to me like the developers and leadership are looking for perfection. This reminds me of John Carmack's (creator of Quake) failure on Rage- the world passed them by....
