I am in an all-Apple environment, so I use Apple Reminders and Notes that are accessible with the same information across my MacBook, iPhone, iPad, and Watch. I also use Drafts if I need to quickly generate a voice or text item on-the-fly into my Inbox for later processing because there is no Notes for watch, and I found Reminders too cumbersome except to review and tick off items as done.
