Need advice as a new full-time digital nomad

All the middleman company properties like Airbnb, Agoda, booking.com etc. Are cheaper if you contact them directly, whether it's for a day, week, month or year. What property owner would prefer to lose an extra 10-15% in middleman costs if they can just deal directly with a savvy traveller? Answer is none. If you contact them and they aren't interested then you aren't talking to the person who is financially responsible for the property. For example disinterested front desk staff.

Sonder

AirBNB and sonder.com have great rates for 7+ and 30+ day stays, and when I'm in transit and not sure which town I will be in the Hotel Tonight app works well. I personally really like Sonder because they are corporate run and have fast internet and usually a good workspace, but they are only in a few cities.
