Is there a private service to share videos with my students?

Rclone Flipgrid

    rsync for cloud storage.

Not a 'service' per se, but you can create a public bucket in Backblaze B2 and upload files using the web interface, the b2 command-line client, or something like rclone. Once you upload, you can create friendly URLs using e.g. B2 make-friendly-url or the web interface and distribute those. Linking directly to the media file should let students stream it using the built-in HTML5 video player. Depending on how many students you have, be mindful that download/streaming does cost 1 cent per GB per day, but you can use e.g. CloudFlare or other integrations for free egress.
