Good First Issue

All the projects seem well established at first glance and it might seem hard to get in, but it literally can't be more opposite. With GitHub taking the lead as host to many projects, there are now services like https://goodfirstissue.dev/. Quite a few projects curate such low-hanging bugs to lure contributors and current teams will gladly help you out. Even drive-by commits are welcome.
