Have you seen Sequel Ace? It’s a fork of the project that’s maintained again. https://github.com/Sequel-Ace/Sequel-Ace I also use Postico for Postgres https://eggerapps.at/postico/ the UI there is nice as well. It’s the closest I could find to Sequel Pro.
