I use miro.com (1) we upload a map, everyone gets a pointer to gesture with and we drag and drop icons to represent character locations.( Sometimes we even use a scale), One nice thing about miro is the whiteboard is so large we don't have to delete old battle maps so can go back to them. -

Yes, sort of. You can embed a whiteboard in Notion which would then allow you to draw. For example, go to witeboard.com, click share at the top right hand corner, then head back to your Notion page, type /embed and paste that link. -

Actually Microsoft's digital collaborative whiteboard might be better than trello, although both are free. The collaborative nature and the ability to attach the documents visually would make it a pretty good fit. Tons of others out there like miro.com, conceptboard.com ryeboard.com that have varying levels of "free" but I think if it's purely word docs you're working with, sticking with the Microsoft universe... -

I'm in search of a new work laptop, and am trying to decide whether the Pinebook Pro will meet my needs. The most demanding thing I'll need to do over it will be to conduct an audio call over Discord (one-on-one) while using a collaborative whiteboard app (the website draw.chat, specifically).
