Has anyone had any success getting back online. I am beginning to think this is never going to happen. The losses just keep adding up.
It is now Thursday at 2:32 am and still no access and very little information provided by Thesagenext. I’m also a CPA and it is killing my business. We missed several payroll deadlines yesterday not too mention all of the tax returns.
I am in the same boat. I was promised it would be up by 10 am. I have jumped through hoops to be able to at least start preparing returns again but lost countless hours and money due to this situation.
I've been hosting our firms tax software for about 6 years now and I've never had an outage like this before. I've called, emailed, and no one will give me an ETA on the expected return of service. It is tax season for me and this is seriously effecting my business. I will likely look for another hosting service after this is resolved.
I have been with Sagenext for over 7 years and have not been down as far as I can tell. We had a rocky move from a 2008 to a 2019 server in 2020 and did not have enough resources to handle our software efficiently for about a year. Then they added some resources and the experience became much better. We have users who are on the servers most of the time. I was on Saturday on 4/1 until 11pm AZ time. When I got back to it on 4/2/2023 at 5:30 am the servers were down and their response was it would be up in 4 hours. It is now 4/3/2023 at 5:12 pm and the servers are down. That is about 36 hours. Still no relief in site.
