Zip pay deducted my scheduled amount on the date requested as it does every week and then it took the same amount out a couple days later and now ZipPay has locked my account saying im in debt the exact amount they deducted … And when i try to call them it disconnects and ive emailed a few times and no reply and it wont let me remove my bank details off my account wtf zippay POS
I pay $100 per week on my zip pay , checked my account tonight and it says I don't have an account at all. Doesn't register any of my details, says I must apply again. I paid a payment yesterday, well in advance with my payment and never missed a payment. What is happening? Should we as consumers be worried.
Spoke with a zip agent who advised that zip pay is down and the IT team are trying to fix asap. They're not sure if it'll be fixed today 🤦🏾♀️ now my things at the shop are on hold 🤣🤣
Zippays phone numbers have been disconnected ? How the fuk can we contact you as email is a waste of time aswell.
I have been trying to login to both the app and website to complete my application for the past three days, the login screen just reloads and won't log in at all! All attempts to speak to customer service about it have been awful, they barely communicate, leaving vague responses with no answer at all as to what is occuring!
Zip says it has sent a 6 digit code to my mobile but I am not receiving it. Then locks me out after I request a resend.
Code is not working. Says invalid code, when it is not.
