For the past 2 days I'm unable to use my virgin pulse
Same here app opens then closes. Did everything, deleted it, reinstalled. Contacted them. Update phone. It’s have to be them
Spent 15 minutes on hold before hanging up. They must have a problem
Same here…Called,deleted,updated,reinstalled blah blah blah…Opens for 1 second and disappears…Been using this app for 3 years without a problem…HELP

For the last 3 hours (7AM to 10AM PST), I get various login errors. I can go to the main website but the member login won't let me open my account. It just cycles indefinitely both in the app and in a browser.
For the last two days I cannot get the app to open is just keeps cycling over and over again without opening.
