I am not able to see a picture of the person sending me a text. I only see the # symbol. When I press to see the individual messages, I receive a prompt that says " Still optimizing these messages, They will soon appear here" In group text it now shows how many in the group and the messages . Earlier today I was seeing portions of the multiple people in the circle. What do I do to get this back the why it was? .
