NAME.COM - My login credentials no longer work. I don't know why. Tried password reset and the reset email never arrives. Not in spam. So naturally I assume my account is hacked and someone changed my email. I have domains to renew but can't. Contacted live chat and they said they wouldn't talk to me about the account until I reported the issue in their ticket system because "We take security VERY seriously". I posted a ticket of the problem, a day later nothing, I got on live chat again, and Pat sent me an email with instructions any questions and asking me to sent a pic of my DL and a pic of me holding my DL. I did that. Its been a day and a half and nothing. I have no idea what is happening with my account and they are slower than snails. I can't believe they have the audacity to say "Best customer support". I have been paying them for about 20 years now and holding about 30 domain names and this is how I get treated. You cannot imagine how angry I am with this company that is too busy "succeeding" to help it customer.
