Seems it shows as "Sent Successfully" but invoice mails are not delivered to customers. I confirmed with my own mail address to send invoice mail, same result.
Same. it's been down all morning. No access to my portal at all. I get and error 500 when trying to login to Invoicely. Website contact form says there is an issue with email delivery at the moment. Nothing about been totally down.
9/13/23 Lost all access to system. Cannot login from mobile browser, desktop or app. No phone number listed anywhere. Website says systems operational but I can’t see how that can be.
I cannot log into my account. I also cannot reset my password. I have emailed support three times, as there is no phone number to call. I have received zero responses. If I don't have my invoicing system up, I cannot do business at all. Unfortunately, it looks like I'm going to have to look for a different company and that is awful because I've been using invoicely for over 5 years.
