I have googled this and read stuff on taxslayer.com and can't find a direct answer to this. I know I can file business income on taxslayer for IRS, but I still don't know if I can do it for state. I am not sure if EITC and EIC is the same thing, but minimum age for EIC is 19. When we do the tax return through taxslayer.com, it determines $848 federal tax on $7,276 AGI, with EIC paying $853, so there is basically no tax liability. Source: over 2 years ago
