As a founder of an increasingly complex SaaS service (https://reclaim.ai) I love the mission. I'll be checking it out. Good luck! - Source: Hacker News / 4 months ago
I can't recommend https://reclaim.ai highly enough, which the article mentions. It's absolutely a game-changer for me. My whole life is scheduled in my calendar. I have a bunch of automatic meetings with my team. It's really been a life-saver for the past couple of years. They're also always improving the product. - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
Reclaim.ai is an AI calendar app that HR leaders love for helping teams defend focus time for productive work, get their meetings under control, and protect their work-life balance to combat employee turnover. The app automatically finds the best time for employees' tasks, habits, meetings, and breaks in their busy schedules while keeping their calendars flexible for priority changes. This is the best overall HR... - Source: dev.to / 9 months ago
Reclaim is an AI calendar planner app that automatically finds the best time for your tasks, habits, meetings, and breaks in your busy schedule. All you have to do is connect your Google Calendar and sync your task list to automatically block all of your to-do's in your calendar. The best part is that it keeps your schedule flexible for incoming events, conflicts, and priority changes. So if a new high-priority... - Source: dev.to / 11 months ago
Finally, consider using performance management tools or software platforms to streamline and enhance the feedback and review process. Many of the companies we mentioned earlier have adopted such tools. GE, for instance, uses an app called PD@GE to conduct its employee evaluations in lieu of annual performance reviews. These tools can facilitate ongoing feedback, goal tracking, and performance monitoring through a... - Source: dev.to / 11 months ago
Just fyi, reclaim.ai automatically turns into a link when you type it because it's a valid domain. It's more effort than it's worth to remove the hyperlink. Source: 12 months ago
I'm the cofounder so obviously biased, but come check out https://reclaim.ai and let us know how it goes. We have a lot of folks in your situation happily using the service. - Source: Hacker News / 12 months ago
Looks like a similar idea to reclaim.ai, how do you compare to them? Source: 12 months ago
Taken on their own, Skedpal, for me, is much much better then reclaim.ai for a LITTLE bit more money (better scheduling, more customisable functionality, better documentation, more powerful). Source: 12 months ago
I started with Reclaim.ai and todoist together first - LOVED it! Moved and setup all my tasks and habits into TODOIST (almost a half day job) - was so happy as it all looked amazing and functional. Sync'd Todoist with Reclaim.ai for the AI Calendar management and integration only to find it was a little buggy (also LOVED the slickness and UI of reclaim.ai). After spending hours, I find out that Reclaim.ai DOES NOT... Source: 12 months ago
I like reclaim.ai, who automatically plan task at suitable(without conflict) time for me and can sync google calendar. But haven't been using it for a long time. Source: about 1 year ago
I actually switched to reclaim.ai just now and I like it more! Lots of options for different tasks and habits. It's a bit tricky to set up but I think just needs time to get the hang of it. Source: about 1 year ago
If you want to add some automation to your calendar, I would recommend also using an AI scheduling "calendar addon" like reclaim.ai. Source: about 1 year ago
(there was also reclaim.ai that does that, but I was hoping to do it locally on my Mac). Source: about 1 year ago
Giving your team the right tools they need to manage their time can empower them to create and stick to a productive weekly work plan. As we all know, time is the most limited and valuable resource we have -- and a smart calendar app like Reclaim.ai is a great way to help everyone on the team better align their tasks with the actual availability. With Reclaim, employees are each able to defend an additional 5.7... - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago
Just throwing https://reclaim.ai/ in here because it’s really helped me manage all my tasks habits and calendars lately. I run my own business from home so it’s critical that I stay on top, and I’ve been on top of thing so much better now. Focusing in the moment is still hard, but it takes the big picture prioritization and time management out of my responsibilities. Source: about 1 year ago
I have been using https://reclaim.ai/ and that has been working well for me to keep track of my wife’s tasks, it schedules it into my calendar automatically so I have time for it. Source: about 1 year ago
I know you probably don’t want another app suggestion, but i’ve been loving https://reclaim.ai/ because it takes care of a lot of the executive function stuff for me. Source: about 1 year ago
Hello! I used to use Todoist, then switched to TickTick for over a year, but I'm thinking of coming back to Todoist for the integrations (specifically the reclaim.ai integration). Has anyone figured out how to import tasks from TickTick into Todoist yet? This is the main thing holding me back right now from making the switch. Source: about 1 year ago
Thanks for the list! There are a few comments in this thread that may be useful to your search, is this something reclaim.ai or a similar tool can do? Source: about 1 year ago
This sounds amazing! Similar to reclaim.ai then? My number one request would be for "calendar impartiality", I use a lot of FOSS tools and am especially interested in checking out Proton Calendar so I need things that can "speak" to multiple tools. Source: about 1 year ago
