I use Open Route Service https://openrouteservice.org/ to plot motorcycling routes - it seems to do what you are requesting - with gpx, kml, json exports. Source: about 2 years ago
Openstreetmap features a routing engine as well, available from several locations on the internet. You might want to try out something like https://openrouteservice.org/ or do a web search for "openstreetmap routig" to find other alternatives. Source: about 2 years ago

I see, thanks! Open Route Service [1] seems to use Vroom [2] under the hood. It seems to be based on local search with some "Solomon I1" (?) heuristic. So good heuristic routes (obtained quickly), not optimal ones. [1] https://openrouteservice.org/ [2] https://github.com/VROOM-Project/vroom. - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
Openrouteservices or ORS tool maybe the thing you will need. It has thing for making isochrones from openstreetmap data. There is HERE api too for making similar service area or network analysis. Https://openrouteservice.org/ Https://developer.here.com/. Source: almost 3 years ago
An example of this is OpenServiceRoute. I can go look at how the website works in GitHub, but I can't go and modify the data on their domain myself. Source: almost 3 years ago
Im trying to work with geojson to determine a route, through openrouteservice.org. I get the response, am able to work with it (plot it with leaflet), but now I would like to extract some values server side. Source: almost 3 years ago
In case you don't want to use a local database file or need something more precise than a city's long/lat, I used the openroutservice api for geo coding in one of my recent projects. It offers 1.000 queries per day for free and has a python wrapper. Another option would be the Google maps API which offers 40k requests per month. Source: about 3 years ago
