The LinkedIn search is simple and yet very effective even when you compare to paid LinkedIn tools like Recruiter or Sales Navigator. However, the pain is after you get the search results it still takes a lot of time to organise, message, track and run through the lead pipeline. Not the regular recruiting tech firm but we are shifting gears to go big on sourcing tech. Target sectors and levels are those where we can find people on LinkedIn. The difference in approach here is we are not going through LinkedIn. Instead crawling public pages to search and identify and then run campaigns to proactively reach out.
