You would be correct, the focus keyword goes in the H1 and in 1 or 2 sub headers. Google suggest works wonders, that's actually how I start my keyword research :) Thanks, zutrix looks pretty handy, it reminds me of the browser plugin "keywords everywhere" Of course, never hurts to try out different tools.
