  • Trying to print and mail out a letter on the road. Anywhere truck friendly that has a printing service?
When I read this, my first thought was "there's gotta be a way to do that online". A quick search came up with letterstream.com and docupost.com. I don't know anything about either one, but both say you can upload whatever you want to print and they will print it and mail it; looks like it costs about a dollar for a one-page letter. They can also print checks, but that costs more. So unless your letter needs a... Source: about 1 year ago
  • How Can I Boost My Small Jewelry Business?
I’ve run a stationery business and what really worked for me is direct mail marketing since it’s more personal. It’s not as expensive as you may think and it can be very effective with the right approach. You can even use services to automate the whole process. My team uses Docupost to send mails and postcards to my leads Hope this helps! Source: about 1 year ago
  • What are the most effective lead generation strategies for startups?
For automated lead gen, I’ve heard of LeadsGorilla, LeadFuze, and SalesLoft. All of these tools seem to be effective in generating leads and tracking progress. For direct mail, I’ve heard PostcardMania and DocuPost are two of the best providers out there. I'm interested in Docupost in particular because they also mail professional checks, which for me is good because I don't have to worry about printing them out. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Any services that send mail online and have it delivered to a physical address?
DocuPost - It’s a cloud-based platform that can mail physical letters, checks and postcards online. What I like about them is it has a flat, simple pricing model. Thing is that I am not seeing reviews for this one yet but it really looks promising. Source: about 1 year ago
  • About DocuPost business model
I just learned about DocuPost (https://docupost.com/) from a reddit comment and I am kind of baffled by this service, because its a service that relies on paper and snailmail in a day and age where everything is moving to digital. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Direct Mail Marketing: Is It Making a Comeback?
I know companies like Docupost, Mailchimp and Constant Contact are doing Direct Mail Marketing services but I'm curious to know if others have also noticed this trend and if Direct Mail advertising is becoming a more viable option, especially when combined with other forms of advertising? • Looking for affordable virtual mailbox services
Reason behind this is I'm trying to start a small business with a partner who's in another state and I won't be living at my current address soon (I'll be traveling around a lot too), so I need a way to manage my mail remotely. I've been checking out a bunch of different options and I'm finding it a little overwhelming. I've come across the more popular ones like ipostal1, Docupost and Travelling Mailbox, but I... • What's your favorite app or service that no one knows about?
DocuPost - a mailing service for businesses that lets you print, stamp, and send U.S. Mail for cheap. It has options for individual or bulk mailings and can be used to upload or write documents online, address and mail letters in a snap, and avoid the post office. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What’s the proper way to format an envelope when mailing documents?
Bring the unstamped letter to the post office, and they will weigh it for you if you're unsure of how many stamps you need. The postal workers' responsibility is to assist you and ensure that everything you’ve done is correct. And if you want to do it online, I would recommend Docupost or Clicksend. They will do all of the above for you. Source: over 1 year ago
  • I’m thinking of starting a greeting card business
Maybe I could also make artwork intended for licensing to other businesses so I won't have to complete the production. Another thing I had in mind is how to reach out to international clients as well. So maybe some online printing and/or automation for the card delivery. So maybe services like Docupost or Postable might work. Source: over 1 year ago
  • ELI5 If I send a letter or postcard from the UK to the USA, who gets money from my stamp?
If the amount of mail sent between two countries (i.e UK and USA) is similar, no one is required to pay the delivery fee; but, if the mail is more "one way," in some countries, you must also pay for the delivery fee. I use services like Docupost to remove the hassle of having to print and stamp. Depending on what is inside the shipment, we will also be responsible for paying any customs or fees that are incurred. • How can I mail a letter from the US to Canada online?
The postal code, which is Canada's equivalent of a zip code, is on the last line. Every BC postal code begins with V. Also, if you're looking online, I suggest Anytime Mailbox or Docupost. If you have the right stamps, you can send it online and it will be delivered normally. Source: over 1 year ago
  • How to deliver paperwork through the USPS or similar services?
Aside from USPS, an alternative would be to send through certified mail. When the person on the other side receives it, this essentially serves as a receipt for you. Sort of a check to ensure that they received the letter. You can use Docupost for this as it's a convenient way to send letters and certified mail without having to leave your house, so you could use it for this. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Is there a service or app that can print and send letters?
I typically go to the local libraries or sometimes ask a neighbor to print it out for me. I'd be okay with printing a few papers to a neighbor. Try Docupost if none of the above stated options are enough. I've been using their services for a while. Easy to use. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Inquiring for a virtual mailbox
Has anyone used a virtual mailbox before? I'd like to start using one. I'll be giving up my actual address when I travel for a bit. The number of options available has confused me a bit but I looked up Traveling Mail Box and Docupost. Are there any more you guys can suggest? Source: over 1 year ago
  • What services do you use for direct mail campaigns?
Has anyone had experience working with any direct mail businesses? If so, what are your recommendations? I was thinking of Docupost or Mailform. Price is perhaps the most important factor, but lead times and deliveries before deadlines are also important. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Are there services for printing and uploading letters online?
Can anyone recommend a website or online letter printing service where you can create your own personalized letters and have them send them on your behalf for a cheap price? I tried looking for options and found Mailform and Docupost but if you guys have any more suggestions, that would be great! Source: over 1 year ago
  • Do you even need social media posts and ads to boost sales?
Aside from email, we also do direct mail marketing using Docupost and use it for automating our card deliveries for clients. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Any Zapier integrations for automated mail?
I work for a business that both do email marketing and direct mail marketing to particular clients. I wanted to know if you were aware of any direct mail providers that have Zapier integrations. I've heard of Docupost and Click2Mail but I'm not sure if these are the right services or apps. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Do any of you use automated letter sending apps or services?
I use Docupost. I upload the templates, and to send them out later, I just need to upload the recipients' names and addresses. I spend roughly 85 cents to make and mail each of my postcards. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Online service to mail physical check and printed PDF
You can use Docupost. It's a platform for sending physical mail, including letters, checks, and post cards, online. They will print, postmark, and send mail. Go check it out. Source: over 1 year ago
