We keep everything organized with Bordio.

As a team manager, Bordio helped me in many different ways. Itโ€™s become easier to assess our teamโ€™s process and output now, compared before where our tasks were all over the place. A systematic way of assigning clientsโ€™ profiles was what we needed from the beginning, and Bordio solved that issue for us.

    Very convenient and simple application.

Bordio is an all-in-one productivity platform. It integrates important features such as task management, calendar synchronization, collaboration workspaces, resource allocation, and real-time updates into a user-friendly interface. This makes it ideal for organizing fast-paced environments, such as children's coding camps, where coordinating schedules, resources, and communication is critical.

    Easy = effective.

Itโ€™s an all-in-one software to manage your daily task. It doesnโ€™t have major issues like other apps that have too many features that most team do not need. Itโ€™s a pretty good tool because it is easy to use with a Google Integration to connect your meetings and events to your phone calendar. Also, Bordio has a user-friendly interface so even the oldest guy in our team can navigate through different pages easily.

Bordio is our go-to campaign management.

I'd emphasize how Bordio has become an indispensable asset for our marketing team at RelaxTime. From the initial brainstorming stages to the final analysis of our campaign performance, Bordio is very helpful. We consolidate campaign data for future examples so we can know which project is giving us good numbers. For the kind of business that we do, this is a great indicator of our success and Bordio gives us the opportunity to see it more accurately.

Bordio makes it possible to post content regularly.

Itโ€™s a necessity for marketing teams to have a very good productive tool, and weโ€™ve tried a lot. But to be honest, some of them made it more difficult to be more organized with our content planning because of their complicated interface. So, we looked for an app that kinda look like the Google Calendar which is easy but a bit limited. Then, we found museum in different social media platforms. She handles her social media team and and marketing team. She uses Bordio for planning their content to attract more people to visit their museum. Her most used feature of Bordio is its single view board where she can plot all their content for the whole week or month. Bordio. Itโ€™s simple as well, but its features are the most efficient for our content planning and creation. Personally, I suggest this app to my other friends who are also in the content creation and marketing field because thatโ€™s how confident I am that Bordio works really well.

I like the ease of use, everything is easy and clear. And also the fact that there are mobile versions.

For me, everything in the application is easy and understandable. Bordio helps me record all my tasks for every day. When I open the application, I see my plan for today. I also see all my Google events in the calendar.

How we manage delivery challenges with Bordio.

Itโ€™s the easy and quick set up of schedules made us use Bordio for some time now. Thereโ€™s no switching to other tabs or pages or using another tool just to get the things done. It makes our operations more efficient. Although I'd love to see task cards change color automatically as deadlines approach, but its so small compared to Bordioโ€™s whole value.

Itโ€™s the simplest features that made me choose Bordio

Bordio improves our project management without overwhelming us with unnecessary features. Its ease of use together with its tools we need, make Bordio the best management software we have ever tried. Most of my employees are not tech-savvy, so we avoid using apps that have complex features. With that, Bordio really wins among the rest!

Consider Bordio for your small team.

Check out Bordio if you've got a small team and need something super straightforward for keeping everything organized. It's got all the basic stuff you need, and it's really easy for everyone to get the hang of it. The only tiny thing I'd tweak is making the notification sounds a bit more fun. I only have 5 people in my team, so Bordio is just the right tool for us. If only we didnโ€™t have lots of clients a month, we could have use the free version since everything is already there, especially the single-board view.

Easy to use + good customer support + nice mobile version.

Iโ€™m telling you Bordio is the better version of Trello. It might not have Trelloโ€™s background or color options, but it doesnโ€™t matter because Bordio will make you more productive. I tend to think that having an app with lots of features will improve my productivity level, but itโ€™s not the case. Usually, it become daunting to use an app that provide too many unnecessary functions. With Bordio, all your basic needs is there.. Even with the free version. Yes, free version is only limited to 10 projects, but youโ€™ll still enjoy its single-board feature. Believe me, itโ€™s the best one youโ€™ll find out there, productivity-wise!

    Nothing beats Bordioโ€™s single-board view.

Itโ€™s probably the best task management tool that you will find for its level and price. I mean, you do not need those fancy, complicated features just to set a task right? For $5/month, everything become unlimited. So if youโ€™re starting on using project management tools, you should give Bordio a try. Youโ€™ll be surprised on how you get the value for buck!

    Organizing with my team.

As a person who likes my process to be simple and as straightforward, I would choose Bordio anytime! Bordioโ€™s interface is clean, no fancy, uncomplicated stuff to see. Also, you can navigate to any pages you like without having to open a new tab. Every part of the screen has a function that can be minimize or hide for better and wider view. A useful collaboration tool for educators.

It was easy for the whole faculty to create a new program for the center with Bordioโ€™s intuitive design. We did everything in it, from scratch to finish. It was nice that we could input all of work in Bordio and communicate within the app. All of our ideas were in one place, keeping our whole production neat and uncluttered. Although I would love to use some gifs and emojis in the message box so we can goof around when the task gets hard.

Tracking fast with the help of Bordio.

Bordio makes simple things the simplest. Its features are all clear-cut and easy to navigate. For us, we're all about using Bordio's Kanban board with task cards to handle our daily warehouse operations. Yes, other project managers offer a Kanban view too, but Bordio keeps it simple. It's also really handy to see completed tasks remain on the board.

We're trying to get the word out about our business. We think the stuff that we do should be reaching to thousands of people. A sales person's dream tool.

I'm not saying It's the perfect app, but I can confidently say it's one of the best. If youโ€™re looking for an app that will does the tracking job for you, then get Bordio. Although its interface is pretty simple, it makes your process automated. Updates and messages are real-time and you get notifications about any changes made in the task card. Also, the app version is as useful and functional as the web version. You know why its perfect? Because it is simple yet powerful. Cheaper and much better version of Trello!

Weโ€™ve save so much since we used Bordio. Itโ€™s cheap but doesnโ€™t skimp on the cool features. Thatโ€™s value for money, right? We can do 10 projects at a time and doesnโ€™t complicate our process. Trello was our before tool, but it got expensive when we tried to get the paid version. It didnโ€™t justify the things we can do in the app, thatโ€™s why we tried to find a cheaper one. Luckily, we came across Bordio while searching for a cheap but effective project management tool. Believe me, itโ€™s better than trello. Try it and discover it to yourself.

    Customer satisfaction at its finest.

Since Bordio is a startup company, theyโ€™re probably quite hands-on with every aspect of it. I just hope it continues until they become known in the industry. Because I really appreciate that I can get fast responses and helpful answers whenever I have to email them. I donโ€™t have to sit around waiting for a week to get a reply to my concern. Also, the more I use it, the more I get comfortable with it. I feel like itโ€™s become part of my system that if I lost it, it would be hard to make it throughout the day. For a $5/month fee, Bordio is a steal. Itโ€™s worth the try. Iโ€™m telling you.

    Bordio for small businesses.

Bordioโ€™s simplicity and clarity are unmatched. Everything you need to see, from task notes and deadlines, to attached files, is right there in front of you. It takes away the complicated system of using too many pages and unnecessary mouse actions just to update a task status. Itโ€™s all about getting a quick overview of what's going down in your business at any given moment. Having a single-board view is like having a big monitor of our entire branch operations. Easy to use for scheduling events and meetings.

I haven't really tried other PM app with this kind of Google interaction. Let me tell you why. First, setting up an event is easy.It is like creating a task card. You can also add the people you want to attend the meeting even if they are not in Bordio. You just need their email. Then, They will receive an email with the meeting's details and respond with a decline or accept status.Their responses will be in the task card so you don't have to check your email for confirmation. The one we use for staff scheduling.

Transparency is key to an efficient schedulling. I used to receive complaints about unfair shifts and schedule. But Bordio helped me settle this once and for all. Planning our shifts and daily operations is now something I actually enjoy. The filter function makes it easier for me to single out a member and see his availability for the week, and pop him a messaging to confirm it. The real thing about using Bordio as management tool is it encourage better communication and transparency. Everyone on the team can see who's working when. Bordio deserves a good review. It didnโ€™t show up through flashy ads, itโ€™s like a hidden gem I found in the middle of nowhere. And Iโ€™m glad I did. Leading an editing a team of 5, I wanted a space where everyone's thoughts and files could live together in one place. We put Bordio to a test when we had our biggest production order. Weโ€™re very comfortable using Bordio for our daily operations that include small production orders. But when we had to use it for a large project, it felt the same way. The process did not become complicated at all. Bordio is the most uncomplicated calendar management tool Iโ€™ve tried

Bordio offers a level of simplicity I havenโ€™t found in other tools. The platformโ€™s kanban board view, specifically, has made my appointment scheduling tasks for our clinic much more manageable. Plus, with Google integration, Bordio allows me to send invites to our clients just by putting in their email. I can do all of this in Bordioโ€™s platform. If youโ€™re on the hunt for a simple production management tool, I highly suggest Bordio. It doesnโ€™t have unnecessary features, so you wonโ€™t get confused on how to use the whole software. The kanban board view of Bordio is the best one weโ€™ve tried so far. Imagine just moving a task from the first phase of the production to the next just by dragging the task card. Literally, anyone can get the hang of it in seconds.

    Bordio automatically sends invites.

Bordio feels automated. With its Google Calendar integration, I can automatically send meeting invitation to our prospects. I do not have to create a customized email for them one by one which can sometimes take my time. Also, Bordio allows me to give a view of how much effort Iโ€™m putting into reaching to potential suppliers with its estimated time feature. It improves the way I work as a purchasing officer in our company.

I can efficiently assign tasks, set deadlines, and outline workdays for the whole team in one single view. Bordio also helped me see everyoneโ€™s workload and adjust each task for better output. I have never tried any project management software like Bordio. Its real-time messaging is really great. Itโ€™s the perfect fit for our small printing business. We can now get feedback and comments regarding the work we do in real time. It feels like our creative process has become smoother with Bordio. I just wish Bordio also had a paint tool of some sort so I could completely use it for our design work.

Generally, I enjoy Bordio because it makes it easy to capture task, set priorities, and assigning tasks to individuals. In the work that we do, brainstorming is an essential part so that we stay on the same page. Itโ€™s nice that we can attach our designs to a specific task and give feedback to it. The one tool youโ€™ll ever need.

Iโ€™ve been messing around Bordio for some time now, and itโ€™s been really good. First, the calendar view is pretty neat. Itโ€™s like having my mind in one place and see whatโ€™s going on without opening a gazillion of new tabs. Plus, in the agency, itโ€™s useful that we can create unlimited projects with Bordio for each of our clients. Just the color schemes can be improved, but itโ€™s not a bigga deal. Because since we started using Bordio, my team has been 10x more productive. All the must-knows like the deadlines, content format, feedbacks, and those little tasks that add up can be easily input in Bordioโ€™s interface. Weโ€™re really happy we found Bordio!

    Great task management tool.

Bordioโ€™s kanban board is similar to Trelloโ€™s but a little bit better. Iโ€™d say that because I can easily drag a task cards and move it to a couple of weeks ago or months away. I donโ€™t have to switch tabs or clicks to many times just to move a task. I think itโ€™s the best feature of Bordio that everyone should try.

Using Bordio is like having a big board where you can stick all your tasks and notes, so everyone knows what's up without anyone having to nag about updates. Before Bordio, it felt like I was the only one trying to keep track of everything, which was exhausting. But now, it's like everyone's in the game, chatting and moving things along without me having to chase them down. We had a problem while running a digital marketing agency: we couldn't properly plan our employees' time using existing project management tools. None of the existing project management tools offered that, so we decided to build it ourselves. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
