I have been having major issues with our site since February 9th, 2023. It seems to be around the time that the new Dashboard was launched, which although cool, isn't working properly. I have not had one day since the 9th that our site has not had some issues loading. I had a WA expert consultant look into our site and repair a couple theme overrides, but that shouldn't take the site completely down. Today, February 28, I cannot get our front end website to load at all (it's been inaccessible for 90 minutes so far. We have a tremendous amount of clients who depend on being able to access our site in order to run their business. We are losing money and credibility by the second and all that tech support (live chat) can tell me is that they will have a technician look into it and with no ETA on when it will be resolved. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Anyone else having this bad of issues all month?
