As someone said here they are under new name "The Phone Monitor" I received an email saying that they are a new company (that I have never heard off and got my email add). I won't trust you again.
Searched The Phone Monitor couldnt find anything
I got the same email as Dave got. Google "techcrunch spytrac" - that should clarify things. The have run off and stolen people's subscription fees. The likely have some intention on coming back under a completely different name/identity in the future sometime. But, your subscription fees have been stolen. Mine too. I had over 200 days left on my subscription. I'm taking legal action and i suggest everyone else does too or threatens them with it. The company is now ignoring all of my emails. I wouldn't mind but theyre not refunding people's money after cutting the service.
Am unable to open my dashboard, I tried sending mails but none of them was replied.
Then emailed them again on 22nd December 2022 as still not up and running and this was there response and not heard anything since.
"Sorry for the issues this caused to you. Due to security reasons on our servers, we had to shut down the services in order to prevent any data exposure… This means that we had to delete your recorded data, and disconnect your application from your account. We are working hard to conduct a thorough security inspection of our services before we can continue offering these data-sensitive services to the public. We have information about your account, and we can guarantee that you will get compensated for the losses caused by our malfunction. As soon as we are confident there are no security issues, we will continue with the operations.
The data in your dashboard will be erased and a new session will start, and you will likely need to install our new updated app before anything is processed. We will offer you some compensation in a form of a discount for future orders, or extra days added to your account plan. Alternatively, we can offer you a full/partial refund too.
Thank you for understanding."
