So, service came up on 3/2/24. OneBackup uploaded changed files on 3/2/24 and then on scheduled 1:00 AM 3/3/24. On 3/4/24 at noon I checked to see if the 1:00 AM backup had processed. Found it was in process still at noon. I looked at the Activity Tab, since the Completed tab showed the files from 3/2/24 and 3/3/24. The Activity Tab had a number of files listed with "finalizing next to them. It was hung without completed. I just happened to receive an email from support that day asking if I had any existing problems. Of course I replied that I did. That was on 3/4/24 at 1:00 PM. Have not heard back from them, as of 3/5/24 at 4:30 PM EST. And the upload is still finalizing.
I agree with Robert Horton's statement. No response from their help, no online login, and no functioning SpiderOak binaries. Thus, SpiderOak One is unavailable.
Same as others. Service went down last Thursday night. I received a message about an outage that should last about five hours. Nothing since. No reply from support when I entered a ticket.
I second what Robert Horton mentioned. No reply from their support, no web login, no SpiderOak binaries working. SpiderOak One is therefore down
SpiderOak's system has not been reachable since they announce maintance last Thursday, 2/22/24. On 2/23/24 SpiderOak One Backup running on both my Mac's cannot connect with their servers. I tried logging in to my account on their site and it reject's my password. Problems still exist as of 8:15 PM on 2/26/27. I sent them a message on 2/23/24 and again on 2/24/24 and have not had a response from them.
