Won’t let me log in. I’ve called twice they both said IT would reach out to me through email and I haven’t heard anything.

Is it April 8th for you Because mine just stopped working today and was working early.
Never got to use it just converted over from temp been trying to crate an account for about two weeks now and all they keep say IT will get back within 24-48 app is trash can we get a better app and customer service who really care.
Payactiv was working fine until last week. I couldn't get my authorization codes and now I can't even log into my account. I was told the issue would be fixed within 24-48 hrs. It's been 5 days... IT needs to resolve this issue ASAP cause this is just ridiculous.
Annoyed. Bad lying customer service reps. Just delete my old account and send me the link for the new account. That’s what she said. The issue was been working on it since December 26 are you for real? What kind of technical issues regarding people‘s money last this long, and if they aren’t able to do the job that they’re contracted to do they need to just say that. And stop giving people the run around.Better Business Bureau complaints against them are crazy!!!!!
I can't access my earned wages it doesn't give me the option to GET payment. The site was working just fine last week until Tuesday of last week then I was no longer able to access any of my funds anyone else having this issue??

I’ve been trying to access my funds since last August 2024 here it is September 2024 and they keep saying it’s been escalated to IT. It shows I have a balance but every time I try to transfer it does nothing.

6/28/24 (14:45hrs) Can’t login at all. Saying incorrect user data, incorrect username and password. Service unavailable. Gateway timeout. Ridiculousness. My card is locked and I cant unlock it to buy anything bc of this bullshit.
Keeps saying, “unable to load user’s setting” when trying to transfer money. It’s been like this for almost 2 weeks.

This is so crazy. How is anybody supposed to get their money if we can't log in? I've cleared my cache, I've tried it from the desktop site, The mobile site, I tried resetting my password and I tried my single sign-on. Nothing is working.

Talked to someone 2 days ago on the phone something happened with the system where it has not updated any hours since June 5th. I hve not been able to get wages. App either a will not show the hours or b it takes forever to get in the app at all. All they can say is it is working on it no time frame when it will be fixed.
Have not been able to access earned wages, also the site will not open.
