Noom is failing to load. I've tried everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling. I don't want to lose my progress.

This is the second time the app has not loaded. Just the loading icon. When I tried to fix it before by deleting and reinstalling I lost all of my lessons and had to wait a week before someone restored them. Now after 2 days the app won't open again. Tried all the steps short of uninstalling and reinstalling.
