Placed an order on the 17th the merchant said they haven’t recieved the payment but the money has been taken out of my bank
Absolutely ridiculous not taking payment on a Saturday and no one is there to talk to . They got no chance of getting a late fee off me I’ve never missed a payment in my life phoned my bank hasn’t even been attempted. Never had this in 2/3 years with clearpay I will never use them again
Get some staff to work Saturday when your website is sending out “urgent “ text messages saying payment failed when hasn’t even been attempted I’ll raise hell if clearpay mess my credit score up when there is more than enough on my card
App loads but won't load any of the shops on there site,it's been like this for a few months now for me
