Otter won't log in. Says "trying to connect to network" @ 2:14 PM CST, Feb. 5 2024
Can't log in to Otter.ai. It keeps say "Otter is trying to connect to the network." It's 3:08 p.m. Feb. 5, 2024.
Can't sign in with Google login. Receiving "Internal Server Error". I have a paid account. This is the glitchest paid service I have ever encountered even when I am able to log in. Is this dumb AI? How is your service so terrible?

Hi, I am trying to logon my PAID account, but it no longer offers me the option to do so via my Google ac, only Apple or Microsoft. When I try to log in with my email address I have selected 'forgotten password'. it sends my email address a link to reset my password, but even if I click that in a nanosecond, I get the message that it has expired. Folks, what's going on? Need help here, please. Rgds M

I have been signed out of my otter account and every time I try to log in it says " Otter is trying to connect to the network" - all in all it is not working
Buggy behavior while using. Keeps saying "Trying to connect to network." Was kicked out. Unable to log back in. Gives same error message.
Unable to load Otter.ai on laptop and it's playing up on the app too. The app takes a while to load and then automatically records when it's loaded. When stopping the recording, the app starts loading again and the recording starts automatically when it stops loading.
Unable to load Otter app on my phone. It loads fine online, but unable to play any files. All other buttons work but not the play one.
Are there any issues??
I have also restarted all devices and cleared caches!
