I've been riding small (<250cc) motorcycles since '77 on and off-road, and with the right gear they can be fine for year-round, all-weather commuting, but I only know of two bikes from Honda (which fit your budget) and the Zero electric motorcycles (which absolutely do not fit your budget) that have automatic or clutchless transmissions. Ranch is a pretty well optimized and battle hardened tcp acceptor. It powers the Cowboy/Phoenix server which scales to extreme level of concurrency and low latency.
