Webflow is a bit more complex but once you understand how the elements stack and interact it gets easier, like any software it can be a little bit overwhelming. Webflow has webflow university which will answer pretty much any question you have from a google search. They also have a very active discord server with helpers. Back to the 'how much house can I afford', I saw one on NerdWallet, its numbers were all over the place, another simple one calculator.net here, claims the house we can afford is $471,778 (and $31,000 down). We found a new build with incentives and rate buy down that essentially will be 463,000 some odd, after the pmi up front for the FHA loan, our rate is 6%. So financing like $437,000.
