That’s definitely possible! There’s a lot of resources to help learn bubble, but I also recently created a bubble course at https://nocode.mba (with a 7 day free trial) The first tutorial in it actually covers that exactly (create a to do list by filling out a form). But the risk is to go too far, and build something that really needs to be built at a lower layer in one of these tools.
